Quick Healthy Snacks I love!

  • Fresh cut up fruit mixed in 100 % orange juice.
  • Cut up veggies dipped in hummus
  • String cheese
  • Yogurt with granola/almonds
  • Frozen grapes. I also tried a frozen apple and it was absoutley delicious. I let it freeze for 4-5 hours then took it out for about 1 hour- 1 1/2 to let it unthaw just alittle so I didn't break a tooth. Then I took a bite and it was so good. It just tastes really sweet as it melts. Try it!
  • Low sodium corn chips with a bit of avocado, salsa, and fat free sourcream.
  • Apple wedges dipped in hummus
  • Bon appetit!
